We are a local law firm of experienced, licensed, Social Security Disability lawyers.
Our clients have often worked their whole lives, only to be denied the Social Security Disability insurance benefits they deserve when they need them most. Unfortunately, only about 28% of disability applications are initially approved.
Don’t be discouraged. You need a licensed Social Security Disability attorney to help you navigate the lengthy and confusing disability appeals process.
You may have heard about “non-lawyer advocates” at other local firms or from the national firms on TV. Disability advocates did not receive the years of training, nor are they held to the stringent ethical standards imposed on Social Security Disability attorneys. And, studies show that claimants working with disability lawyers win more claims. Our Social Security Disability lawyers are members of NOSSCR – The National Association of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives. You’re in great hands with our North Carolina Social Security Disability lawyers. Get to know them below.
